Where we collect information:

1. Name, address, phone number, and email from purchases on our website used to process and ship orders.
2. Artist information and designs to be used in our artist competitions from the artist login page.
3. When you register for our site, your name will be added to our newsletter.  You can change your subscription status by the 'Manage Subscription' link.

Financial Data:

1. All orders processed from our website are completed through Paypal. We do not even see your credit card information used to make payment.

Cookies:

1. If you vote on your favorite design during our artist competitions, we will place a small cookie on your computer.
2. This cookie is one of the ways we keep people from casting more than one vote.
3. We do not use this cookie for any other purpose.

Information Sharing:

1. Planet Zero Gravity will not sell or distribute any personal information to 3rd parties.
2. Any stored email addresses will only be used for company communications or newsletter subscriptions.
3. Artist information along with their design will be displayed on our website during artist competitions. Artists have the option what personal information is displayed by logging into their account.
