AGREEMENT FOR REPRODUCTION OF ARTWORK
This agreement, is made on DATE between Planet Zero Gravity of 21 Old County Road, Barkhamsted, CT 06063 and NAME of Street Address, City, State, Zip of Company Name (referenced to as ‘Artist’).
WHEREAS, Artist will create the new and original image called ARTWORK NAME:and to have it reproduced on water bottles.
WHEREAS, Planet Zero Gravity is in the business of printing, selling, and publicly distributing printed water bottles.
Both parties agree as follows:1. Planet Zero Gravity agrees to pay the Artist a one time fee of $_150___ for the rights to print the Artist's work on water bottles and sell and distribute these water bottles. There is no limit to the number of water bottles that can be printed with the Artist’s image.
2. Artist agrees to submit the artwork to Planet Zero Gravity in one of the following formats: TIF or JPG
3. Artist and shall retain ownership of the original Artwork.
4. Artist agrees that the Artwork to be created shall be new and original
5. Planet Zero Gravity shall have the right, in it's reasonable discretion, to accept or reject the finished Artwork by the Artist. In the event that the Planet Zero Gravity finds the finished Artwork unacceptable for any reason, Planet Zero Gravity may request the Artist in writing to make specific changes.
6. Planet Zero Gravity shall have the right to use the Artist's name, portrait, biographical material, and the created artwork image on our website pages.
