FAQ:

Q: What is your water bottle made of?

A: Planet Zero Gravity water bottles are made from 18/8 food grade stainless steel. This means they require no liner like an aluminum bottle does and will not leach. The cap is made from a BPA-Free plastic. Stainless steel can be recycled.

Q: Where are they manufactured?

A: They are made responsibly in China. We spent a lot of time finding a company which produced not only a great product, but also is reliable and has high business standards.

Q: How do you clean the water bottles?

A: Dish detergent and water work fine, or you can also use baking soda and vinegar. The wide mouth bottle makes it easy to get inside.

Q: What kinds of liquids can be stored in your bottles?

A: Just about anything. Water obviously, juices, shakes, even alcohol. However, since the bottles are single walled and metal conducts heat, DO NOT USE OUR BOTTLES TO STORE HOT LIQUIDS (except for the double walled vacuum bottle available July 2010).

Q: What are the differences between your stainless steel water bottles and some of the other aluminum ones on the market?

A: Aluminum is lighter than stainless steel, but is harmful to humans. That is why aluminum bottles need a coating or liner to protect the liquid inside. This coating can potentially crack or leach, especially if the bottle is damaged.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes we do accept returns.  All items must returned within 14 days of purchase and be in saleable condition.  All tags must also be returned if included with shipment.  The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee to Planet Zero Gravity in CT.

Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?

A: Yes, we can ship to most countries.  For single bottle orders, we will ship via USPS.  For larger purchases, we will determine the best carrier and buyer is responsible for the shipping fees.  Buyer will also be responsible for any import taxes when the item arrives in your country.
